01 / The objective
The starting point
A good product that solves a real problem, but that nobody could find. The site did what most founders do at the start: a few blog posts, a few SEO "hacks", and a lot of waiting for word of mouth. Technically, the foundations were fragile: 23 issues found in the crawl, including broken internal links and slow pages.
Project priorities
- Generate revenue, not traffic
- Capture buyers ready to act ("alternative to", "best tool for")
- Do it with no budget
02 / What we did
The decisions that made a difference
- 01
Technical foundations
Screaming Frog crawl (23 issues fixed), Core Web Vitals (LCP under 2.5 s), unique meta titles, sitemap, 7 broken internal links repaired.
- 02
Keywords from real users
onboarding surveys revealed distinct personas (TikTok creators, UGC creators, trainers, e-merchants). One page per persona rather than one generic page.
- 03
15 bottom-of-funnel pages
in this order: alternative pages, comparisons, use cases, features, audiences, tools.
- 04
Standing out for Google and AI
prices in title tags, the founder's story, FAQs drawn from Reddit objections, a video of the real onboarding.
- 05
Product-led SEO
the tool built into the pages, to test a video without signing up. This beat every CTA tested.
- 06
Structure for AI
FAQ and review structured data, answers of 30 to 60 words, clear decision criteria.
- 07
Internal linking and refresh
of the best pages every 3 weeks, with a single metric tracked: signups per page.

03 / Results
The key results
In 3 months, MRR went from $400 to $3,600 (x9) and traffic from 200 to 2,400 visits a month (x12). The alternative pages alone brought 30% of the new traffic, all in the top 10, most in the top 3. The CTR of the main pages doubled, from 5% to 10%.

monthly trafficFrom 200 to 2,400 visits a month in 3 months.
pages createdBuying-intent alternatives, comparisons and use cases.
The takeaway
The priority was to connect each page to product use. Signups per page guided iteration; MRR shows the business outcome of the project.
