01 / The objective
The starting point
The "Open a business account" page was Qonto's second landing page and already produced more than a quarter of the site's conversions. The problem: it showed many arguments on the same level, without ranking the ones that matter most to an entrepreneur choosing a bank.
Project priorities
- Identify the arguments that really make people convert
- Restructure the page around those arguments
- Raise the conversion rate of the page that carries the most account openings
02 / What we did
The decisions that made a difference
- 01
Workshops with the teams to list and rank the arguments
- the key arguments of the business account (opening in 10 minutes, Mastercard cards)
- the services around the account (invoice management, cash flow)
- the reassurance arguments that weigh on the decision (customer support, French company)
- 02
UX analysis of the page
crossed with usage data and feedback from the teams.
- 03
Rebuild of structure and message
key arguments on top, reassurance up front, offers and pricing readable.
- 04
A/B test
of the new version against the old one.

03 / Results
The key results
In the A/B test, the new page raised the conversion rate by +21%. Since it already carried more than 25% of the site's conversions, the impact comes to about 800 extra leads a month.

The takeaway
When a page already carries a significant share of conversions, putting the right arguments first can have an immediate acquisition impact.

Working with Gabriel at Qonto from 2020 to 2024 felt like plugging a turbo into our growth engine. On CRO, automation, and website UX, he always delivered sexy projects with immediate impact. What makes him stand out is this mix of sharp business acumen and an almost obsessive curiosity for how customers think. He spots patterns before anyone else and turns them into action.
